I understand what are you saying! It happens with me sometimes, I get ride by that part by cleaning it again or undo what I did. If you want, I can help you with anything you want to clean ^_^.
WoW!! I try to but it always clones the part next to it. Like example there is a line I wanna get rid of in the pic, when I use it, it duplicates a slightly-off version of the line I'm trying to get rid of instead. Am I making any sense? Dx

So pretty (ノ*゜▽゜*) I'm in love with this beautiful scan. The cleaned-up version looks so perfect you wouldn't know that it was cleaned at all!! And the typography looks absolutely perfect.

Thank you! For the cleaning, I used clone stamp tool and mixer brush tool, I also applied a bit of surface blur.
The tiny text is for decoration, it's not there to add any meaning. I just used a random lyrics for it.
